California High School Softball – Holy Names bounces Athenian
(February 24, 2012: Danville, CA 94526) The crowd at Friday’s non-league match between the Holy Names Monarchs (Oakland, CA) and the host Athenian Owls (Danville, CA), saw Holy Names’s softball squad nip Athenian by a count of 8-2.
The Monarchs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oakland Military Institute for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 28.
